We bought Tabitha a Jeep. It's a 1996 white Jeep Cherokee. I'm giving you this information so you can avoid all white Jeep Cherokees. Just kidding! She's getting to be a real good driver. Now, if I could figure out how to get everyone else off the road while she's driving, I'd feel much better! Do you like the nice bumper guard on the front? I thought that was a nice touch after the tree incident.

Apparently the "upload pictures" feature is working today. Let's see if I can get that dragon Michael drew on here today...

Okay... there it is... pretty cool, huh? Not to take away from the talent of the picture, but apparently it has to be a jpg file to be uploaded.
Tabitha and I went to Galveston Beach over the MLK holiday weekend with Elaine and Krissy. We had a really great time! It was so relaxing! Elaine and I did a bit of shopping to get the house ready for renters this summer. I very much enjoyed spending Frank's money :). The house is looking great! Below is a picture of Tabitha and Krissy at Fuddrucker's in Galveston at The Strand. It's hard to believe they have been friends since they were about 3 years old... I think that's pretty cool!

We did some great shopping there. Elaine introduced us to Bath Junkie there. If you ever have a chance to go to one of these stores, I highly recommend it! They have great bath products and you have the opportunity to add whatever scent and color you want to your bath product. They mix it all right there in front of you. So if you want kiwi scent in pink... you can do that! We also saw the cruise ships lined up at the port. We didn't go down there, we could see them from The Strand.
Charlie has been to the allergist. His only allergy in the air is ragweed. All these years he thought he was allergic to, well, air basically, he's really only massively allergic to alcohol and, I know you're not going to believe this one.... chocolate. Yep, these are the two items that cause him to have massive migraine headaches. So, with me being allergic to all white flour products, what kind of a chance do our kids have?
Tabitha has been to the allergist also. She has some sort of oral allergic reactions. I don't know the fancy term for it, so we'll just go with that wording for now. Anyway, apparently she has reactions to foods she eats, and it shows up on her face. Her lips swell up, her eyes swell up, she breaks out in little rashes. He gave her some cream to help deal with the rashes, and a pill to help deal with the swelling. Unfortunately, the pill cannot be taken within 2 hours of drinking milk... Tabitha's favorite drink. And on top of that, she is to avoid direct sunlight. Have you met Tabitha? She's a sun worshipper! Loves to be outside! I don't know how long that's going to last.
That's enough for now... more later!
