We got up this morning and headed to White Sands. We won't make it today. Today will be a lot of driving. We took some pictures on the way to Laughlin. We stopped in Laughlin to eat lunch.


That little city you can see there is Laughlin. It's a city out in the middle of nowhere.

If you look really close at this picture, you can see the water off in the distance. This water in the middle of nowhere is why there is a town in the middle of nowhere.

This is the riverboat casino in Laughlin where we had lunch. This is how far back in the parking lot RV parking is allowed.
This was the view out of the restaurant window. That is Home Depot across the river.
It was really hot in the desert travelling to White Sands... as you can see. This clock is inside the RV. It was 91º inside the RV and 124º outside the RV. Lots of driving left to do yet. We stayed at a really nice RV park that night. I can't remember where it was. Here are a couple photos from the drive there.
